Tugboats Tan Cang 01 and Tan Cang A10 towed SITC MINHE to berth Phuoc An port. This is the first vessel berthing to Phuoc An Port based on the cooperation agreement between Saigon Newport Corporation and Petro Vietnam Phuoc An Port Investment and Operation JSC at Phuoc An Port which is expected to become an extension of Tan Cang – Cat Lai Port in Ho Chi Minh City and the deep-water port TCIT/TCTT in Cai Mep area.
