On the morning of 16th January 2026, at Cat Lai Hall, Tan Cang Maritime Services Joint Stock Company (JSC) organized the Labor Delegates Conference in 2026.
Attending to direct the conference were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Nghia –Deputy Secretary of Party Comittee, Director of Company; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dau Ngoc Long – Party Committee Member, Deputy Director, Chairman of Company’s Grassroots Trade Union; together with other members of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and a full attendance of the Company’s officers, employees and workers.
Overview of the conference
At the Conference, the delegates listened to the following reports: the report on the results of implementing the Resolution and the Collective Labor Agreement of the 2025 Employees’ Conference; and the report on the outcomes of the 2026 Employees’ Conferences of departments, vessels, and centers.

In 2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Board of General Directors, together with the solidarity, dynamism, and creativity of the Party Committee, the Company’s Leadership, and all officers, employees and workers, TCMS successfully implemented all assigned tasks, ensured maritime safety and absolute safety in all aspects, and excellently fulfilled its production and business tasks 20 days ahead of schedule. The Company strictly observed and maintained good discipline; the working environment and conditions were improved; and service quality was continuously enhanced. Democratic practices were promoted, with strong emphasis on technical innovations and initiatives to improve labor productivity and production–business efficiency. The income and living standards of officers, employees and workers were maintained at a high level. Emulation and commendation activities, mass mobilization, and policy implementation were effectively carried out with practical results. The Party Organization achieved the status of “Strong and Clean Party Organization”; the unit was recognized as an “Exemplary and Outstanding Comprehensive Strong Unit”; and mass organizations achieved the status of “Excellent Strong Organizations,” operating in accordance with their functions and with high effectiveness.
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dau Ngoc Long – Deputy Director and Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union, presented the report on the results of the 2026 Employees’ Conferences at the department, vessel, and center levels.
At the Conference, the delegates demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and put forward many solutions, focusing on improving service quality, enhancing vessel turnaround productivity, strengthening management, taking good care of the welfare of officers, employees, and workers, and improving the quality of technical equipment assurance and production safety.
The Conference conducted a vote and unanimously agreed on proposing various contents and implementation measures, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and strong determination to successfully and excellently accomplish the tasks set for 2026, thereby synchronously implementing production and business solutions in accordance with the orientation and guiding motto set forth by the Company Party Committee: “Setting an example of responsibility; ensuring safety; promoting investment; and developing services.”
