On the morning of December 5th 2023, at Cat Lai Hall, Tan Cang Martime Services Joint Stock Company (TCMS) organized a Conference to summarize works in 2023 and deploy tasks in 2024. Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Tien – Company Director chaired the conference. In 2023, under the leadership and direction with the spirit of determination, responsibility of the Party Committee and Board of Directors combining with the professional qualification, skills and experiences of the officers, employees and workers not only to excellently fulfilled the military and national defense tasks, tow the military ships, maritime rescue but also successfully completed the production and business tasks; the output, revenue, and profit reached the highest level over the period of time and maintained incredible growth (towage output +6,19% over the same period, +5,32% over the plan of 2023; revenue +5,18% over the same period, +3,93% over the plan of 2023; PBT +17,45% over the same period, +12,28% over the plan of 2023; NPAT +15,67% over the same period, +11,52% over the plan of 2023). The ideological situation of officers, party members, and the masses is stable; Democratic is promoted; The material and spiritual lives of the labors are ensured well (the average income of labor +9,66% over the same period, +8,02% over the plan of 2023). The company was proposed to be awarded the Emulation Flag of the Naval Command; The company achieved “exemplary and typical” comprehensive development; and continues to affirm SNP’s reputation as the nation’s leading brand in the towage services industry.

At the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thi Hong Thu – Secretary of Party Committee – grasped thoroughly the Leading Mission Resolution in 2024 of the Party Committee of TCMS. In 2024, the Party Committee and Board of Directors determine leadership and direction to successfully complete the tasks of towing military ships, maritime rescue and the production and business missions following to motto: “highlight responsibility; ensure safety; strengthen cooperation; promote investment; do business effectively”. Conclusively and effectively deploy the investing tugboats project; actively expand the markets, develop the services, improve quality and business efficiency; innovate corporate governance towards transparency, rigor, maintaining and improving production and business efficiency; actively implement digital transformation. The company is streamlined, flexible, efficient, politically strong, and completes all tasks excellently; The party Committee is strong in politics, ideology, morality, organization and cadres.
