On the morning of December 17, 2025, at the Cat Lai Hall, Tan Cang Marine Services Joint Stock Company (TCMS) held its 2025 Year-End Review Conference and Task Deployment for 2026. Colonel Vo Hoai Nam – Party Committee Member, Deputy Commander of Brigade 20, Deputy General Director of Saigon Newport Corporation – attended and directed the conference. The conference was chaired by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Nghia – Director of TCMS. Present at the event were all members of the Party Committee, the Company’s leadership, and 100% of the non-duty personnel.

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thi Hong Thu, Secretary of the Party Committee, thoroughly conveyed the Resolution on leadership tasks for 2026 issued by the Party Committee of Tan Cang Maritime Services JSC. In 2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Company’s leadership, together with the unity, consensus, and high determination of all officers, employees, and workers, TCMS successfully fulfilled its national defense and security missions, including military vessel towing and maritime search and rescue, and excellently completed its production and business tasks. As a result, the Company achieved its highest-ever levels of output, revenue, and profit, while maintaining strong growth (with tugboat service volume +2.4% year-on-year and reaching 100% of the 2025 plan; revenue +15.1% year-on-year and exceeding the 2025 plan by 4.6%; profit before tax +21.3% year-on-year and surpassing the 2025 plan by 10.3%; and profit after tax + 20.3% year-on-year and exceeding the 2025 plan by 9.7%. The Company has continued to affirm the high quality of its services and the leading brand reputation of Tan Cang Sai Gon Corporation in the field of towage services. Entering 2026, the Party Committee and the Company’s leadership have identified their focus on leading and directing the successful fulfillment of missions related to military vessel towing, maritime search and rescue, and production and business operations, under the guiding principles of ‘setting an example of responsibilities; ensuring safety; promoting investment; and developing services.’ The Party Resolution strongly focuses on: decisive and effective implementation of the tugboat investment projects; actively expanding markets and developing services; improving service quality and business efficiency; and innovating corporate governance toward digitalization, green development, and administrative reform. Efforts will also focus on building a streamlined, flexible, and effective Company capable of fulfilling all assigned tasks, thereby contributing to the development of Brigade 20 – Tan Cang Sai Gon Corporation into a maritime economic group with five pillars, while building a strong Party Committee in terms of political stance, ideology, ethics, organization, and personnel.

At the conference, representatives from functional departments and tugboats actively contributed insightful presentations, proposing practical solutions to support the successful implementation of the 2026 leadership resolution of the Company’s Party Committee.

In his directive speech at the Conference, Deputy Commander Vo Hoai Nam outlined the overall picture of Brigade 20 – Tan Cang Sai Gon Corporation, highlighting major orientations in national defense and security missions, production and business activities, and particularly the roadmap for developing the Corporation into a maritime economic group in the coming period, thereby setting forth task requirements for TCMS. Highly appreciating the achievements attained by the Company in 2025, he requested that in 2026 the Company focus on thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing resolutions issued by higher-level authorities; formulating and executing the 2026 production and business plan in alignment with practical conditions and striving to achieve growth targets in accordance with the Corporation’s orientation; accelerating tugboat investment to strengthen capacity for market expansion; developing new services to diversify revenue sources; and proactively seizing opportunities arising from major infrastructure projects and key works in the region to participate in service provision in line with the Company’s capabilities. At the same time, the Company will conduct a comprehensive review of the 2021–2025 period as a basis for formulating the 2026–2030 development strategy with a long-term vision that is feasible and aligned with practical conditions; pay due attention to improving employees’ welfare and remuneration policies; and continue to uphold its traditions while making sustained efforts and promoting emulation movements to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Company’s establishment, thereby laying a solid foundation for the next phase of development.
At the same Conference, the Chairwoman of the Company’s Emulation and Commendation Council reviewed the 2025 Emulation and Commendation Movement and officially launched the 2026 movement under the theme: ‘Solidarity – Safety – Investment – Development’.
