From August 29 to 31, 2024, Tan Cang Marine Services Joint Stock Company (DVHH), in coordination with Tan Cang Technical Services Joint Stock Company, Tan Cang Logistics Services Center, and Long Son International Port Joint Stock Company, successfully supported barge HAWEE 01 in the dismantling and transportation of two STS Mitsu cranes (QC33 and QC35) from Tan Cang Phu Huu Port to Long Son International Port.<\/p>\n

The towage and escort of barge HAWEE 01 were carried out by Tan Cang A1 and Tan Cang A3 tugboats of Tan Cang Marine Services JSC. This was a complex operation requiring extensive experience, absolute precision, and close coordination among all involved parties to ensure a safe crane transport plan. The successful execution of this task not only demonstrated the company\u2019s service capabilities but also enhanced the brand image and reputation of both Tan Cang Marine Services JSC and Saigon Newport Corporation.<\/p>\n

Tan Cang A3 and Tan Cang A1 tugboats provided support services for the pontoon HAWEE 01, which has dimensions of 106.3 meters in length, 32 meters in width, a side height of 5.3 meters, and a gross tonnage of 5,257 GT, during its berthing at Tan Cang Phu Huu Terminal, in coordination with Minh Hoang 06 and Minh Hoang 02 tugboats.<\/p>\n

Towing barge HAWEE 01 to the wharf<\/p>\n

After berthing at Tan Cang Phu Huu Terminal, Tan Cang Technical Services Joint Stock Company transferred two STS MITSUI cranes\u2014QC33, weighing 803 tons with dimensions of 90m x 27.0m x 53.9m, and QC35, also weighing 803 tons with dimensions of 21m x 27.0m x 53.9m\u2014from the terminal onto the HAWEE 01 pontoon.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, the Tan Cang A3 tugboat assisted the HAWEE 01 pontoon, carrying the two STS MITSUI cranes QC33 and QC35, in departing from Tan Cang Phu Huu Terminal.<\/p>\n

After safely departing from Tan Cang Phu Huu Terminal, the Tan Cang A3 tugboat connected the stern line and assisted in steering the starboard side of the HAWEE 01 pontoon on its journey to Long Son International Port in Ba Ria. Tan Cang A3 provided towage support from Tan Cang Phu Huu Terminal to An Thanh Cape, near buoy No. 26 on the Long Tau River.<\/p>\n
