TAN CANG MARITIME SERVICES JSC ORGANIZED SUCCESSFULLY THE 11TH LABOR CONFERENCE, YEAR 2023.
Followed Plan No.07/KH-DVHH dated January 03rd, 2023 of Tan Cang Maritime Services JSC (TCMS) about the arrangement of 11th Labor Conference in 2023. At 8:00, February 22nd, 2023, Cat Lai Hall, Tan Cang Maritime Services JSC organized the 11th Labor Conference – year 2023. Attended the Conference were the comrades among the Party Committee – Board of Directors, Board of Executive Committee of Trade Union Branch and 58 delegates representing for 103 comrades of personnel, staff, workers and labor inside the company. Furthermore, representatives of Board of Executive Committee of Trade Union of Saigon Newport Corporation also attended and supported in management.

In addition, joining the Presidium were comrade Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Tien – Deputy of Party Committee, Director of TCMS and comrade Lieutenant Mai Dang Son – Deputy Director, President of Local Trade Union.
The Presidium reported following topics at the Conference: Report of results of Labor Conference at the department, ship and center level in 2023; Report of results of executing the Resolution of 2022 Labor Conference and Collective Labor Agreement; orientations, targets, solutions to work on missions in 2023 of Tan Cang Maritime Services JSC.

During the meeting, main ideas are focused on discussing and building execution strategies to perform effectively the previous year plan and improve the efficiency of production business in 2023 with slogan: “Take high responsibilities; reinforce cooperation; invest and manage business effectively”; the safety measures of Marine Safety, Traffic Safety, Fire and Explosion Prevention, activities of Technical and Purchasing security, control totally the equipment and facility when performing mission of military – production business; innovate cognition, working manners, follow strictly the Code of Conduct of Saigon Newport Corporation” which relates to the development of company culture; enhance the application of Information Technology into management and control activities; improve the quality of training for development, also active human resources with the motto: “Knowledgeable, realistic, professional”.

At the conference, attendants vote to elect the Delegation to join the 27th Conference at the Head company Level included 08 delegates with 07 official delegates and 01 preliminary delegate.
